User Obligations and Responsibilities
As a registered player on winspire, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial recreational gaming. You must not engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive to other players, to winspire staff, or to the platform's operation. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploiting software vulnerabilities, colluding with other users, or using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through technical or social means is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account action.

Platform Usage Rules
winspire grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the platform's content, design, or underlying code without the prior written consent of winspire. Payments and Transactions (Philippine Peso)
All financial transactions on winspire — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). You are solely responsible for ensuring that you understand the value of any amounts you deposit or wager. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon successful processing, subject to any verification requirements applicable to your chosen payment method. winspire does not accept third-party payments; deposits must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Any deposit made from a source that does not match your winspire account identity may be reversed, and the account may be subject to review.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the procedures and timeframes outlined in the relevant help section of the platform. winspire reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or unusually large amounts. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Winnings from games and betting markets will be credited to your account balance in PHP and may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy. winspire does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose its own charges; you should verify this directly with your provider before initiating a withdrawal.
Limitation of Liability
winspire shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, technical interruptions, errors in odds display, or unauthorized access to your account through no fault of winspire. Online gaming involves financial risk and the possibility of losing money; winspire does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no liability for any losses you may incur while using the platform. You acknowledge that you participate in all games and betting activities at your own risk and with full awareness that outcomes are not predictable or assured.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winspire's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winspire account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits winspire's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, you must raise it with the winspire support team within thirty (30) days of the event; claims raised after this period may not be considered.
Account Suspension and Closure
winspire reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, underage gambling, or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or its users. In cases where a suspension is imposed pending an investigation, winspire will endeavour to notify the affected account holder unless doing so would compromise the investigation. Any funds held in a suspended account will be retained pending the outcome of the investigation; funds found to be legitimately owned by the player will be returned minus any amounts owed to winspire.
You may request the closure of your own winspire account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the standard withdrawal process. If you close your account for responsible gaming reasons — such as a desire to stop gambling — winspire encourages you to also make use of the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings, which provide an additional layer of protection. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the winspire platform — including but not limited to its name, logo, visual design, graphical elements, game interfaces, written content, software architecture, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of winspire or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by winspire or its licensors beyond the limited access licence described in Section 5. You may not use the winspire name, logo, or any other proprietary content for any commercial purpose, public display, or any form of reproduction without prior written authorisation.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to winspire regarding the platform may be used by winspire freely and without obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Game content provided by third-party providers through the winspire platform remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms. By using those games, you agree to comply with any additional terms that the game providers may impose on end users. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property on the winspire platform may result in legal action in addition to immediate account termination.
Changes to These Terms and Governing Law
winspire may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, or operational policies. When material changes are made, winspire will notify registered users through a notice on the platform or via the email address associated with their account. The effective date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
